For appointment cancellation, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time by calling or texting me at (301) 335-1435 or by sending me an email at DrDougherty@hotmail.com. You can also use the function of secure messaging in the client portal as the preferred method.
Note that I will not receive the cancellation notice if you reply to the appointment notification given that the platform will not automatically forward it to the provider.
A no show/late cancellation fee in the amount of $80 dollars will be incurred when you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours or do not show up for the scheduled appointment.
